Staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful and social area is nice. They organize very nice activities every night in the hostel. Great to meet people. The beds are comfy, equipped with individual reading lights, sockets and doors to close your bed for privacy. Very clean property.

100 metres from El Nido Beach, Frendz Hostel El Nido is located in El Nido and provides free WiFi and a tour desk. I felt very welcomed as soon as I arrived! I wanted to extend my stay, but it was fully booked! Also attended the event on rooftop, was fun and easy to meet others staying in hostel!

I like the design and staff. The breakfast is great. The rooms provide all basic needs. Showers were good and had good water pressure.

This hostel just opened up, it is really a hidden gem! The rooms are comfortable (4 beds in one room), the have a nice and big chill out area with a roof top and even a bar/restaurant where you can order meals and drinks, I only ordered one time but it was really good. What really made it a 10/10 for me was the staff! Everyone was so extremely friendly, helped me book all my tours, a scooter and took care of every question I had. I was greeted everyday with a smile and felt super welcome, I'd come back anytime! P.s. the owner (or employee?) even has two sweet, small dogs that chill in the area sometimes, they were a pleasure to meet 🤭

Everything very clean and nice, I enjoyed my stay there. Beds were very comfy and staff were very nice. Located a bit on the side but within short walkin distance so makes it very calm away from the noise and people.

Absolutely loved OIA—I even extended my stay just to slow down, relax, and soak it all in. The volunteers were super friendly and kept arranging fun hostel outings and activities that made it effortless to meet other travelers and feel at home right away. The hammocks look straight out over the water, and being steps from the beach meant an easy, peaceful swim any time of day. Kayaks are available to paddle to nearby islands, which was a memorable little adventure between chill sessions. The music—played by the local volunteers and on most of the time—set a calm, laid‑back vibe that made the whole place feel incredibly soothing. The food was tasty and fairly priced, so eating in never felt expensive and the portions hit the spot. Overall, OIA is that rare mix of community, comfort, and breathtaking views that makes leaving hard—highly recommend.
