It's far away from the noise and only 3 minutes walk from downtown. - staff is super helpful and fun; really young and motivated team - the outdoor area is very comfortable; ducks and cats for company on garden ;-) - the breakfast is better than in most hotels! also the food from the tapas bar downstais in the evening is delicious

Check in was super easy and I was able to check out late before my flight. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are really nice. My room had full bed bunk beds -- it was so nice to have a little bigger space to sleep after twin bed throughout the rest of my trip. The hostel is in a great location too and is super clean!

The owner and every member of staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. As for the included breakfast - it is absolutely wonderful and of hotel standard if not better that many! This is without a doubt the best hostel that I have ever come across throughout my many years of travels. Well done to the owner Joaõ - thank you. I really hope to get back there again one day as I had a wonderful stay for seven days.

Booking tours, best restaurants etc. Very central location near the bus stop, marina and restaurants. I was originally considering stad a few days here followed by a few days elsewhere on the island, but in the end I was glad I stayed based in P.G. the whole week. Very clean (sheets and towels changed were changed during my stay) and the breakfast is delicious. If you are coming to Ponto Delgada, don't hesitate and stay here.
