Staff was uninterested off our problems. A lot off snow, that wasn’t cleaned unfortunately. In the room was very cold, we inform the staff about it , and they didn’t do anything. We have stayed in standard room, it’s not for 4 stars. Great location with mountains and fresh air!

Excellent hotel and spa amenities. Great location for a couple to spend a couple of days for relaxation.

Great location, nice view. The staff from the restaurants (Forest and Gastrolab) was really nice and helpful. However, we cannot say the same for the ones in the reception areas.

Great location, kind staff, clean and decent breakfast. The room was nice and quiet.

I was in a villa , very spacious and clean , comfortable bed , good aircon and temp management system , decent minibar , great location as is a big chance to see the bears walking nearby :) Good swimming pools , saunas and outside jacuzzi .

Besides the fact that they confirmed two times that all rooms had double beds, but one room had bunk beds instead, everything was amazing with the apartment, service and spa. Great breakfast! The restaurants in the location are very expensive, but serve delicious food.

The staff was very friendly although a bit overwhelmed at the end when we had to pay. Good spa, especially the outdoors jacuzzi. At the restaurant the food was good but a bit expensive. Great location and view from the balcony.
