Good, has wardrobe, free multi-usage slippers which are cleaned after every guest (I asked about this specifically). 2. Service. All the administrators I met (it was my second time there) were always polite and guest-oriented, available 24/7. One night it was cold outside and it felt little chilly in the rooms. Shortly after mentioning this to the stuff they turned up the heater and temperature became comfortable again. I believe the stuff are well trained in general, rare thing for Russian hostels. 3. High ceilings. It allows for extra fresh air even in winter in the most busy rooms. 4. AC in every room. So you can ventilate either through windows or through AC (good models - powerful and low noise). 5. Good design. It's enjoyable to be inside the hostel, you can see they really put effort and thought into making rooms comfortable and stylish, no shortcuts. Cool historical bldng. 6. Great layout. Despite many Russian (especially in Moscow!, like Makarov Hostel, etc.) hostels I've been to, this one doesn't squeeze too many beds in one room. It's a comfortable and humane space. 7. Kitchen is large and spacious. It has 2 large freezers with glass windows. 8. Cleanliness of space. It's new and it's clean. No mold, no dirty floors, no odor. Nothing. Just sparkling clean. 9. In this hostel, the quiet hours really means the quiet hours. It was always quiet at night, sometimes thanks to admins keeping it in their focus. 10. Location is perfect. It's on Krasnaya street, but little further from the main road, in a quiet residential zone. The only night when it was louder than necessary was because of the road works which were being done in 20m off the premises. But it was quite an exception. 10. Good medium-hard new mattresses. 11. Good WiFi coverage all over hostel. There were many more examples like that, just small details which seem ordinary but which I miss in most Russian hostels I've stayed in.
