The owner and staff are very kind and full of information about the local area, and there are also plenty of maps and other reading material about local events available in the common area. The area around the hostel has a few bakeries and shops, and there's a few bus stations near that take you to the center of town, as well as a train station (note - the google maps location of the train station isn't quite right! It's actually under where the buses turn around). Other than the occasional train and minor noise coming from a nearby workshop, the area is very quiet. Every bed has an assigned place on the food shelf in the kitchen, and a locker with a key inside the rooms. The mattresses are comfortable and there's a privacy curtain on the beds, as well as a reading light. You can also turn off the main room light from your bed.

Featuring a shared bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, rooms at the hostel also have a city view. Fantastic, to call it a 'Hostel' is to undersell it as it is no average hostel. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, sparkling clean, great kitchen, common area is great, bathrooms fab. The host gave us lots of tips of things to do in the area, shops restaurants etc. Really went above and beyond. An almost Faultless stay and our only disappointment was that we could not stay more than one night. Best Hostel we've ever stayed at. Thank you
