This place has it all, good location, friendly staff, waterfront as common area with comfy chairs, kitchen (on that same waterfront). We stayed in a private room with AC right in front of the water. If think they have dorms too for solo travelers. Was also an excellent value. We'd probably come back if back in Koh Lanta.

The absolute best place to stay in koh Lanta, best dorm I’ve ever stayed in. So comfy, friendliest and best staff ever. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay - Staff, location, infrastructure, breakfast, everything was perfect !

Guest rooms in the hostel are fitted with a kettle. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a safety deposit box and a TV, and some units at Baan Longhaad have a balcony. All guest rooms at the accommodation come with a seating area. We loved staying here! I would give it 11/10 if I could. The lady who runs it is so kind and friendly. On the first day the hot water heater for the shower broke, and she got it replaced within 2 hours. The service was very good. The room was very clean! Probably one of the cleanest places I stayed during my time backpacking in thailand. It is a 7 minute walk to the beach and there are a ton of well priced restaurants within walking distance. There are also many bike rental places close by so that you can explore the island. This place is such a good price for what you get, it feels like having your own little oasis. She also had beach towels for us to use, and umbrellas for the rain.

All units include a wardrobe. Mr Chang was the most amazing host ever. He also let us leave our lugage post check out time, as we had a later flight. The location is 20 min walk from the beach, close to the main street but hidden enough to be quiet, it's perfect to explore the main street with a lot of shops and places to eat. Would highly recommend it!
