Cosy hostel with an excellent location. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful, particularly Aya, who made my stay there very pleasant.

The bed was comfort, toilet was super clean, the aircond just nice to us since the weather in istanbul around 16-22, so nothing bad about temperature. We are happy staying in the hotel for 4 nights. The kettle u have to request if u need. They have refrigerator. No iron. They have hair dryer. No elevator but luckily we got room in front main door. Overall was perfect to us. Location near to Hagia Sopia about 350m only. You will never regret! The small shop is near (in front hotel) and restaurant is everywhere. Easy for u to spend your trip in Istanbul. Nearest tram is Sultanahmet. From IST Airport to hotel i personally advice u deal with Ahmad to pick up u at the airport with some fees. Its much better for u. However if u dont have large back, just take bus to town, take Tram, stop Sultanahmet. You will find the hotel by using Google Maps. Dont forget to whatsapp with Ahmad/contact Hotel before coming to hotel. Overall i love the hotel so much.

They were helpful with everything and friendly❤️ we are very grateful to them. The apartment is perfectly clean and it has the cleanest bathroom I have encountered. There is also plenty of stuff the guests can use: shampoo, toothpaste , coffee and tea, all the cutlery. The bed in the room was awesome, as well! In general, it's a nice and quiet area, which is also perfect for shopping. It doesn't seem too much touristic and looks like a residential district with locals. We really enjoyed it❤️👍

The location is great, a few minutes from the Taksim Square, fast foods and restaurants.

Only 250 metres from Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, Sultan Hostel&Guesthouse has a central location in the historical Sultanahmet district. It offers a 24-hour open front desk, free Wi-Fi and a terrace with sea views. The location is awesome for being close to many of the main attractions in Istanbul’s old town. There are many restaurants close by. There is a bus that runs throughout the European side that stops about 4 blocks away on the Kennedy. The trams and the metro are a little over a kilometer away though. The room was comfortable, though mine was small. WiFi was strong and constant. The shower had good pressure with quick access to hot water., though the wall socket was broken so it was only hand held. The AC worked well. Street noise was minimal but you could hear neighbors in the hallway but not when they were in their rooms. Breakfast was traditional Turkish kavalte of boiled egg, bread, cheese and cucumber, tomatoes and olives. Coffee, tea or juice were included. Staff was very friendly and helpful though only desk staff spoke English. I would definitely stay here again if staying in Sultanahmet.

Renovated in 2021, private bathrooms include shower, 24-hour hot water, and a hairdryer. Great experience! I stayed there twice. The rooms were super neat and clean, well facilitated. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They even allowed me to leave my luggage before the check in time. Located near the major attractions like Aya Sofya, Blue Mosque and Topkapi palace, well connected to the rest of the city. Highly recommended! 😃
