The staff, besides being friendly and speaking English, helped with everything including booking a boat trip on the breathtaking Ha Long Bay, the bus to Hanoi and commuting to the ferry and bus station. They were also really patient with our requests, and I loved taking part to the family atmosphere of this accomodation.

I really enjoyed staying at The One hostel. They offer very tasty breakfasts, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, I enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi and various activities organized by the hostel, such as quizzes and yoga classes. The hostel also has video games and a pool table, and I saw many travelers doing that, which is also nice, and makes the stay a memorable experience.
