Went in September, weather was perfect.
Went in September, weather was perfect. Town was pleasant plenty of restaurants. Good base for exploring Andorra. Mountain roads were excellent but concentration required! Stunning views. Andorra main town, bustling, plenty of brand names shops and small shops, random sculptures. Also historic part of town very interesting buildings and plenty to see.

Nice small village, has a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, is family-friendly, and has really nice restaurants. Telecabina in the village is really good but no possibility to go direct to the slopes like from El Tarter or Soldeu. Very good bus connection to other villages.

Canillio is lovely and quiet for families, so no noisy night clubs or bars. It is literally opposite the Gondola with fantastic facilities for children, for example, a children's play area, zip line, go karting on a rail, children's ski school and nursery.
The hotel Font d Argent had an indoor soft play area, the rooms were very spacious with a connecting room for the children and separate TV's too.
Lovely stay. Was very comfortable for 4 guests, also with addition of sofa bed if you had extra guests. beds and bedding were super comfy and was great to have an under parking space we could use. communication with host was really good and they were very helpful with anything we needed during the stay. Good location just 10 minute walk from the Soldeu ski lift. Heating warmed up the house really quick and was good to have all appliances we needed in the kitchen. I will return next time we ski in Andorra :)
Modern hotel with great views. Really friendly and helpful staff. Everything we needed in one place; organised ski hire, lift passes and the mini-bus shuttle to the lifts was great. Buffet style meals were great and good quality, with food cooked for you on the spot. I would recommend for families with kids primary school upwards as the food options for them were great (freshly made crepes, chocolate fountain). Lovely spa pool.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. With in minutes of arriving Jean-Philippe had us sorted with the best place to start on the resort and what to do about ski hire. Over the 6 days of our stay the staff pointed us to some super local restaurants. Be sure to check out the Restaurant Grill La Sangria on the main road, and the Restaurant Borda L'era Del Rossell just below the hotel.
Lovely breakfast friendly owners and extremely clean. Its a pretty spot with easy outdoor parking. Newly refurbished. Its family run and is cosy and has a nice atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the pingpong table in the basement. Nice teas & cappuccinos in reception. Its a short drive to Canillo which has a pool with slides and an ice skating rink.
Great location in the centre of Canillo. Close to everything you need and the ski slopes. Buffet Breakfast is really good, one of the best I have had in a 3 star hotel. Rooms are spacious with nice views to the mountains. Overall good value for money.
Wonderful hotel and especially the friendly and helpfull staff. Guadeloupe helped us to enjoy the nature and its trails. The private and Corona-safe access to the spa was a wonderful way of ending an active day. Breakfast was amazingly generous!
Rest staff were the best! All them gave our family the best atention and even went above and beyond with out of the menu dishes for our child! Congratulations for the rest staff! ALL OF THEM! THEY STAND OUT OVER ALL OTHER STAFF AT THE HOTEL
Very central location, charming, well appointed, confortable, Smart TV, rustic but with modern conveniences, great key handoff and responsive host. Exceeded our expectations. We have found our place in Canillo
Canillo is a nice little town with a few restaurants and cafes. It's really small, so there is no good or bad location there - everything is close. This property is not exceptional in any way.
Really beautiful hotel and nice big room. Good value for money. Very good breakfast. The surroundings are impressive. Too bad we didn't have time to take advantage of the spa. Just perfect!
Wonderful views of the mountains and Canillo town in the valley. Secure parking. Very good food - extensive buffet dinner and breakfast. Excellent value. Staff helpful and friendly.
Service and quality of the facilities. Breakfast was excellent too! I managed to charge our electric car in the parking space, that is not advertised, but still allowed when asking
Everything. The room was great, excellent breakfast choice and very tasty, the hotel at a walking distance to the slope. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.
The apartment has all you need for a short stay. Enough space, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and a good bathroom. What else do you need?
