The receptionist was nice and helpful and the room was large and clean with a very nice bathroom. Good location close to a hiking trailhead to Madriu-Perafita-Claror Valley. The breakfast was very good.

The ensuite room was very nice, for a good price, and the breakfast buffet included was abundant. I liked having the option of eating dinner in the hotel, as well (for an OK price, given that it's an all-you-can-eat buffet). There are some interesting restaurants and shops and minor attractions in the area where the hotel is located, though it's not in the main city. In Andorra, you can walk from town to town if you don't mind going up and down some hills. By the way, a convenient elevator in the back of the hotel takes you down to the ground floor and right into the town center through a little alley. The hotel has scenic views of hilly Andorra.

Stayed here for one night on our motorcycle tour of the Pyrenees, the hotel is in a good location for the main street and shops. Nice and clean hotel with a very good selection at breakfast. We were able to park the bikes in the hotels secure underground car park. There's a bar (no draught beer) and the hotel has a restaurant for evening meals.

The hotel is in a great location near a lot of the walking areas around Andorra. Our room was fantastic and huge! We could tell from the evacuation map that we had the largest room on the floor by far, so I'm not sure everyone else will have the same experience, but ours was basically a suite. There is parking underneath the hotel which is nice (but if not for the help of a great employee who I think just happened to be down there when we were parking I think we would have had serious issues). You can walk out of the hotel right onto the main pedestrian zone. The Caldea Spa is about 10 minutes walk away and the area is nice.
