Upon checkin, Lautaro on the counter offered us sparkling cava and water since we were hot (the weather was surprisingly hot in Andorra la vella) and also upgraded our room free of charge, that surprised us a lot!!! I think they did it cuz they couldnt find our booking, and then they were able to find it by confirmation number, but anyways, it was a super nice detail oriented to customer satisfaction and we loved it! We will be back in Hotel Roc Blanc for sure. Location is a 10/10 if you want to be near Caldea Spa, but they have their own spa and pools too!!! At checkout, they gave us water bottles and candy as another detail on how much they care for their customers. :)

Please note that the water circuit carries a different suplement depends on the period and the day. Regular days 15€ per person, Saturdays, bank holidays and full month of August 22€/person. It has a limited capacity
Please note that children are allowed to use the Spa from 12:00h to 13:00h and 16:00h to 17:00h, always accompanied by an adult.
Each Tuesday, from 4pm until 7 pm, the water circuit is closed.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
