We liked the hotel and the staff were great. Very friendly.
The breakfast was simple but plentiful and the rooms were kept really clean.
The rooms were kept very hot, which some people like in the winter, but I had to sleep with the window open.
Fantastic hot showers with plenty of water.

Absolutely perfect location right next to ski lift. Big indoor swimming pool and proper sauna for relaxing after ski day. Parking facilities were perfect as El Tarter is usually packed and you don't find parking space.

Parking underneath the property was ideal. We decided to walk to the slopes each day, so rented a locker for our equipment as the apartment is situated at the top of the hill.

The infrastructure for skiing is excellent, including having the choice to leave skis and boots in a secure heated locker at the lift. The slopes are mainly wide, with a good selection for all standards of skiers. We were particularly lucky that the snow was so good in the week that we were there.

Close to the ski slopes and several places to eat. Good bus service if required. Restaurant next to Manacor supermarket excellent and San Pietro (Italian) very good.
A few places use only QR codes to access menu and costs, not good if you do not have data on phone as not in EU.

Small village but in the middle of the range so easy access to a variety of runs. Small mix of good reasonably priced restaurants (Italian, Thai, local …) up the hill (!) in the village BUT book in advance rather than walk up. Phoning at 5pm for say 7.30/ 8pm is OK and will get you a table easily so you don’t need to be too organised.

Great skiing area well serviced by a gondola a comprehensive lift system and facilities. Book skis and boots on line its cheaper. Use the ski lockers at the gondola station. The gondola station includes the ski school office and lift pass office.
Stayed here for one night from the 4nd to the 5rd of September 2021 during a long trip. I was with my wife and two kids aged 5 and 11. Arrived late in the evening. Friendly, fast and easy check in. Great check out (just lock the door). Wonderful and cozy place. The view of the apartment fully corresponds to the photos from Booking. The apartment had everything we need for a good rest. Wonderful nature around. Great and safe parking for our middle size SUV, fast WiFi. We got from hostess many yummy gifts: snacks, wurst, bottle of wine.
The apartment exceeded our expectations! Is was very big and spacious, with modern and cosy decoration. It had everything we needed. The greatest advantage is how close it is to the ski lift, you only have to walk a couple meters. It also has a ski locker and access to a spa (with a pool, sauna and bath) and a small gym. We were also very close to L’Abarset, which is one of the best places for apré-ski in Grandvalira. El Tarter is beautiful and you can easily visit the other sectors or Andorra la Vella.
Lovely hotel. We were delighted. The location is very convenient, underground parking, beautiful view from the room. Special thanks to Rachel (owner of the property) for checking us into the hotel at a late time, after 20:00. Came quickly to us straight from the shower. Very nice owner, very glad to meet such a wonderful person. Gave us the better room for the same price. They also allowed us to live with a dog without any extra charge. Deserves the best marks. 100 from 10 👍👍👍
Everything was clean and well organized. El Floc is super close to the El Tarter ski station, to the point where you can even walk back and forth. On top of that, it's pretty close to a bunch of restaurants, bars, and even a few supermarkets. The location itself is perfect. There's a garage and a storage room to put your skis/snowboard. Great wifi connection. Great kitchen utensils and cleaning tools. Nothing was missing. We would've loved to stay there a few more days.
Great location, you can easily walk to the El Tarter gondola/town (15 mins downhill from the hotel). There's a public parking garage 3 minutes walking past the hotel that is new and huge, 20 EUR for 2 nights. The beds were comfy, the room was warm, and the staff was incredibly helpful with suggesting activities or printing lift tickets for us. There's a game room where they show futbol matches and have a pool table, bar, and other arcade games.
The staff in the hostel are very welcoming and accommodating. Any issues or questions I had they did everything they could to help me.
The hostel is kept very clean and the kitchen and living area is very modern and comfortable.
The location is perfect, a short walk to the chair lifts and supermarkets/ bars and restaurants. El Tarter is a very nice calm village but also has some nice apres if that's what your looking for!
We where given a different apartment than what we booked with no explanations. The apartment we chose was 5 minute walk from the main lift. The apartment we was given at the hotel reception was a 25 minute walk up a steep mountain road which was not suitable for all our guests as not all are in good health. The hotel said they only managed the property and there was nothing they could do.
The reception desk is located at the entrance of El Tarter, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The free parking is included. The place was really nice with amazing views! They also provided with soap to wash the dishes and a few towels. Nicely regulated heaters. There is also a working TV and a chimney if you want to use them.
It was very nice accommodation, cozy and very convenient location. The complex of houses were very cute, neighbors didn't bother us at all. The staff was so pleasant and responsive. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are big. Kitchen is convenient, enough appliances. It is Located just 5 min walk from El Tarter ski lift.
The price was reasonable and the view was really nice. We enjoyed watching people skiing down at the end of the day and helicopter deliveries in the morning. We liked that there was plenty of parking on the street. Also, we have been to El Tarter for five years and this was the quietest place we have stayed.
This hostel really exceeded my expectations. Bed was supercomfy, location easily accessible by public transportation, everything was spotless and the host was so friendly! Beautiful mountain view from the terrace. One of the best hostels I've stayed at and will definitely stay there again when visiting Andorra.
Great for an Andorran pitstop, secure underground parking a bonus. Very quiet in October, imagine its very busy in the ski season, then it would be on the slopes so a great place to be. Lovely alpine style room with piste view balcony.
The location of the hotelis very good for ski, just 10 meters from the slope. The staff is quite polite. the reception style decoration is quite interesting with very old pieces of furniture and mountain challet
The hotel was spacious, very clean and the room had a balcony with mountain views. All if the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The bar was cosy and the choice and quality at breakfast was exceptional.
Best staff. Very helpful with everything. Traveled with family & kids on a unplanned road trip - we eneded in the hotel by casualty and enjoyed our short stay. Hiking in the low season + relax in the area.
