The rental space is 1-bedroom apartment in Palm Jumeirah, perfect for families that want peaceful relaxation at our private beach and pool and our fully equipped apartment with stocked kitchen. You can enjoy the view of the sea and Marina bay from the balcony. There are popular 5-star hotels like Zabeel Saray nearby with bars, restaurants, and cafes. The building has many cameras and the neighborhood is very safe. The master bedroom has a king bed. The living room has a 65-inch QLED Smart-TV, a wifi router with 500mb speed, a dining table, a sofa that could be used for sleeping, and another smaller sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need, even a drip cofee-maker. The PARKING is free and convenient. There is a SHOP in the building. There are FREE ACTIVITIES within the building complex: tennis court, pool table, table tennis, gym, pool, and of course, the beach.

Neighborhood info

There is a convenient underground parking with elevators. You might want to rent a car if you don't want to call taxi when you want to leave the palm.
