## The space Welcome! In our home, your health and safety comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. Packed with all the amenities to make yourself comfortable during your stay. My home is comprised of a large living space with a 6-person dining table, an L-shaped couch that is convertible into a sofa bed and an outdoor patio with a comfortable sitting area. A fully-equipped kitchen with all the mod-cons such as oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and fridge. Three bedrooms, two with large queen-sized beds lined with hotel linens and the other one with a bunk bed. All of the bedrooms come with complimentary fresh towels. Complimentary toiletries are also provided. We hope you will have a wonderful stay! ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. ## Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night and room.
