New luxury and spiritual apartment in the central location of Dubai Downtown right next to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa (5min walk). You will feel peaceful and relaxed in this very special place blessed with positive healing energy. You have a Tibetan bowl for sound healing, essential oils to balance your mood and a yoga mat for your practice. Enjoy access the new 5 star amenities, gym and the infinity pool with view to the Burj Khalifa and Water fountains. View to the fountains and Burj Khalifa is from the pool. View from the apartment is to the boulevard as per the pictures. -Access to a very big 5 star gym as well as indoor and outdoor playground for kids. -Full access to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and Youtube Premium -High-speed Wi-Fi internet. -Singing bowl, essential oils and positive energy -Soulmate Yoga Matt to practice yoga -One private undercover parking spot -Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, cooking oil and water bottles -Separate laundry room with all cleaning appliance including washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc Passports of all guest are required at least 24 hour before check-in order for security to let you inside the apartment. Its an in person check-in so our representative will help you checkin anytime after 3pm. Checkout is at 11am. Keys and access cards will be inside the apartment. Door is open. There is no storage for luggage available. No concierge/room service available. No smoking and no shoes allowed inside the apartment. For extra cleaning during your stay, we can arrange a full cleaning of the apartment including change of bedsheets/towels and replenishing of amenities at 399 AED. Just let us know 24 hours in advance. There is noise of nearby construction. Pool is closed from 9th - 21st April for maintence. We will send you a link to collect the security deposit before you arrive.

Located in Dubai Downtown, the most popular area of Dubai. Right next to the Dubai opera you can walk within 5mins to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The Boulevard behind the building has plenty of restaurants, and convenience stores. You will be at the heart of Dubai.
