Stylish, spacious, comfortable apartment with amazing views of the Marina and Palm Jumeirah! Izzatulloh and GUESTA team members did an excellent job from pre-arrival through checkout, as we felt well informed and accommodated (Izzatulloh even went to the trouble of meeting us for our very late check in at 1:30am). The location at the beginning of the Palm was extremely convenient for transit in all directions, and having the Nakheel mall across the street was great for meals and groceries. Finally, the pool and lazy river were gorgeous and never crowded. We spent 5 nights - next time we will do 2 weeks! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great facility and territory! Nice view and high floor. Location is very good - near West beach with bars and restaurants. The apartment is modern and very big, they have everything you need for living.

Everything was great. It's very close to the beach (we stayed in the Southern building) and to the pool. They provide towels. Sun beds are free and the pool is very big. Room is not very luxurious, but the view is amazing and it has everything you need (we have kids so being able to cook a bit from time to time and to wash some clothes it's a good thing) Internet is good as well (1Gb)

good location on the Palm decent size pool and beach area on site large balcony which gets the sun from around midday until sunset the mall only a 10 minute walk and Atlantis, The Pointe easy to reach by monorail from mall or just a short taxi ride decent size apartment for our group of two adults and a six year old good communication from management replied promptly to any queries

This accommodation inside was everything we need, as we were at home. Outside even better, the infinity pool and lazy river pool are really top. The best of all was that we did not need any towels at the pool, everything was provided within the complex. The mall is across the street so you can get anything you want in a couple of minutes. The cherry on the top of everything was the amazing host Bobur that provided us with every information and detail. For sure we will come back.
