Receptionists especially the Filipino lady was extremely nice :) lifeguard is friendly too! All in all is was really good and worth it!! Definitely coming back!!
United Arab EmiratesYou have to remember that this is one of the oldest hotels in the UAE, not just Ras Al Khaimah. The refurbs have been effective but of course there are many indicators that it's an old, and modest design. I should know - I first entered this building in 1991 when it was one of very few places you could have lunch on a tablecloth with matching knives and forks! So, having made allowance for age, it's amazingly good value. Clean and functional. The rooms are larger and better appointed than anything in the price bracket. The lunch buffet is unimaginative but of good quality and selection and, again, excellent value. Staff are pleasant and helpful. It's in the city and yet not in the busy central shopping streets, so it's easy to come and go, and not too noisy at night.
