The energy level of the staff at RR is amazing. Special mention to Umesh, Bawan and Fayaz from house keeping who worked with my schedule to keep the room tidy. But overall, everyone of the staff was great. This in stark contrast to the awful experience I had at my first hotel in Al Barsha. Even before I checked in, I had a positive impression of the hotel when they promptly arranged for early check-in on my request. I had earlier planned to stay my last week in Dubai at a different location, but being impressed with RR, I extended my stay after consulting Aziz at the front desk who diligently advised me on the options and made sure that extending was far better option than to move to the next location:) Whenever I'm going to return to Dubai, RR will have my booking.

The breakfast was good, several options to choose from. We took the 2 bedroom deluxe, it was nothing short of amazing. The view was great from every angle. The house keeping staff ( DHARMENDRA, SHAMIM and IKRAM ) did a great job keeping the rooms clean and providing us with essentials. The front desk staff were very helpful, getting us taxis, giving us directions and making sure we were comfortable. Usman was very courteous, nice and helpful. The tour guide staff we met at the hotel, MUHAMMAD ISRAR was exceptional. He gave us valuable advice on best tour packages and took his job further by always giving detailed descriptions on how to get to where ever we needed to go. He was my go-to person and I will recommend him for an awesome experience. Every staff was eager and willing to help. We absolutely loved it there and would love to go back.

very clean spaces and very courteous staff. from Parth , Sarah, Varima to Varinda and even the security lead, it was a very good and warm place to stay. The views are great of the Marina view or the highway on the other side. The guys were just awesome. We will go back because of them. Good location too.

The units are wonderful and very clean, I booked one bedroom apartment to my clients to stay and their evaluation was excellent for the apartment, the location, the cleanliness…etc. also the management upgrade it to two bedrooms for free .
