Manager and his team were extremely responsive. They went beyond expectations. Room was very clean at an excellent location, and house cleaning did a great job every day.

If you are looking for a self service apartment for a family of five and within a walking distance to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa (2 minute walk) then I recommend this apartment. The hosts were great and helpful at reception and checkout, and ready to help out with anything. They also provide housekeeping everyday.

The apartment was gorgeous and so spacious for my family of 6. It had a washing machine which was so convenient for us all. The host topped up water bottles for us daily and cleaned the apartment while we were out. Tea and coffee sachets were also provided. They provided us with a mattress free of charge in the event that we needed it. There was a lot of sun that came through our windows and a balcony to chill at outside the living room. The main entrance was right next to the Souk Al Bahar - it also connects to the Dubai Mall. There's a grocery store and pharmacy at the souk and best of all, they close quite late so they were extremely convenient when making last minute ad hoc purchases. The apartment was walking distance to many places really but it wasn't hard at all to call for a taxi either in the basement of at the main lobby. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this apartment, will be coming back to this specific place in the future.

The location was amazing. As well as the view from the pool. We are upserving Burj Khalifah on the pool . Mr. Ibrahim made the stay very convenient. As well they cover the cost for the taxi to the airport.
