The fine print
• We require all our guest’s physically valid IDs (Emirates ID) or passport. Without valid physical ID or passport we will not check in the guest. Visitors are required to provide their valid physical ID in the Reception and only allowed in the guestroom (i.e. Deluxe and Executive suites One visitor is allowed and for GRAND suites Two Visitors are allowed) maximum of 3 hours and following the safety protocols in the hotel.
• The hotel requires 100 AED as security deposit upon check-in. You can pay by cash or card.
• Deliveries should be received personally from the Security Entrance.
• Prepayment is needed before check in.
