United Arab EmiratesThis is my favorite hotel and I stayed in it more than 20 times when I come to dubai. I love this hotel because of the staff service specially from Mr. Subas. He’s very helpful friendly and available all the time for any service I need. The room is very clean and the room dining options are delicious. The security and luggage guys are very professional and gentle with me. Also the two reception philipino ladies are amazing and they get so happy when I come back every time to stay in the hotel.

Saudi ArabiaStaff is awesome, I had few issues (noisy AC in the room, late entry at gym, requested iron machine and board) and absolutely all requests were promptly resolved. They not only changed my room (under my request) bc of noisy AC by 1am, but also gave me an upgrade. Thumbs up for reception, security and service guys!
