I certainly would not have rated this property a 10 if it wasn't for Mohammed. He just made such an effort and it wasn't just with me... There are other staff in this organisation who just didn't respond nor react to genuine issues the property had- for instance- aircon not working and me having to wait whilst eh girls on night duty promised to do something about it first thing in the morning and yet forgot and only when Mohammed came on duty was it resolved... few other things like i paying for the extra view and then being demoted to the ground floor cause of the aircon failure but no money back for that...and if it wasn't for Mohammed i certainly would not come back.
