Everything was perfect! The house has a great and peaceful location, just 10 minutes walk to the best part of the Livadh beach. Housekeepers were very polite and helpful all the time! House is equipped with all the stuff you may need on your vacation. The balcony is super big and comfortable, with views to the sea and the mountains as well. We liked it a lot and will sure come back again!
SerbiaThe apartment is very spacious, quiet and has an amazing view. It is located off the main road so we did not hear cars, only sea waves. The large terrace is great for having meals, drinks and talks in view of the stars. The owners live next door, they are very hospitable and ready to help; the landlady even treated us to her home-made pastries several times. We had a taste of rural life, with goats, roosters and olive trees all around the place. We will be happy to come back.
UkraineEverything was fine. Freddie and his family were very nice people, very helpful and very polite. I can say that in all these years Freddie was the best host ever. The house was clean and well equipped with all the amenities. We felt like in home. The view from the house is wonderful and the patio made our stay more pleasant. There was also plenty of space for car parking.
AlbaniaExceptional hospitality, very helpful Albanian Greeks' family. Freddie, the host, do not speak English but his son Kleanthis does and he was always available to assist us. The terrace was a particularly pleasant place to rest. The bed was really comfortable and it is much, much bigger than appears at pictures. The AC is present in the bedroom but we used it only once despite immensely hot weather outside - not sure of the reason, seems that the apartment is being cooled from the ground (at least in July it was enough) No touristic noise; animals and bird are all around.
UkraineThe hosts were very friendly, they invited us for a coffee which was delightful and even treated us with some fruits from the garden. The apartment couldn't be cleaner than that. The furniture was great, carefully picked for the purpose and you had everything you could ever need during your stay. The patio/balcony was amazing with a sea view, it was actually the best part of the apartment. There was hammock, beach beds and good furniture. All windows had mosquito nets.

A beautiful house, which is located in a quite and peaceful place. With its big balcony-veranda it is the ideal choice for you to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea or the olive ground which surrounds the place. You can reach the nearest beach (Livadh beach) in 10 minutes on foot or just 2 mins by car. At the same distance there are supermarkets, restaurants and other places to have a drink. All in all, it's an ideal choice either for families or for friends groups.
