The house is located inside a new resort by the beach, 30 minutes from Tirana Airport, 40 minutes from Tirana, Durres, and Kruja. The house is designed as a loft with minimalistic and industrial details. Has a garden of 200m square, a veranda with garden view and a terrace which can be used with the sunbeds or as a quiet place in the afternoons to have a drink. There are several facilities in the ressort that can be used while staying, such as pool, tennis cort, basketball, children playground.

Gjiri i Lalzit is the place where most of the people from Tirana go to the beach during the week. On the weekends it tends to be overcrowded and noisy with beach bars full of young people and afternoons with families that like to walk in the pedestrian road by the beach. They can visit historical places nearby like Durres, a famous antique city located by the sea, the city of Kruja, the birthplace of Albania National Hero, Gjergj Kastrioti Skenderbeu, The Cape of Rodon, etc. Tirana and its clubs and coffee bars is something that you wouldn't want to miss, so a quick drive one afternoon and you will enjoy the energy and vibes of the capital city.
