Our modern and comfortable air-conditioned apartment is situated near the colorful old town of Vlora, a nice and quiet part of the city. Is a new renovated apartment in an old building without lift and on the 5th floor, easy to be climbed. Close to cultural amenities,service facilities, market, restaurants about 5 min walk, bus stop approx. 100 You can turn the living room on a cinema and enjoy your favorite series with some popcorns easy made at the fully equiped kitchen. The apartment consists of 2 bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies.
It's placed in one of the old neighbourhoods of Vlora, situated in a complex with communism buildings up to 5 floors. At the site of the complex you can find parking available for residencers free of charge. The neigbourhoud is calm and near the important histrical attractions of Vlore. To be honest the building from the outside looks like the typical tiktok videos of airbnb in Albania (we appriciate and enjoy them) but the inside you will find a fully renovated apartment .
