A new modern design apartament located in one of the best and most luxury resorts in the extraordinary Albanian Riviera. The apartament has a private garden offering a breathtaking seaview to the white pebbled beach by crystal turquoise waters. Guests and visitors have an easy access to all facilities in the resort such as: bars, beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a sports center including paragliding, jet ski, beach volley, fishing, diving, canoeing and other water sports.

When thinking about living or going for holiday in Green Coast you should think of a beautiful little town of joy. There is 24 hours security and ATM. Neighbours are quite nice and friendly. The area is quite and peaceful but yet fun for all ages. The residence is located in Palasa, right next to the protected Llogara National Park. It is about 200km far from the capital city of Tirana and from the airport. You should expect a 2 hour beautiful drive looking at some of the most rare views of a combination of sea and mountain. Other beaches of Albanian Riviera such as Dhermi, Jale, or Himare are easily accesible by a 20 minutes drive.
