Barrier controlled parking a bonus in the heart of Shkodra. Excellent location, close to restaurants on Rruga Kolë Idromeno. Large dining areas inside and out. Very helpful reception staff. The balcony had a superb view over this vibrant city. Jacuzzi in large bathroom. Large bed indeed. For some reason I am always drawn back Shkodra and staying at the Rozafa helped to make my 3 days there very enjoyable.

I gave a 10 in comparison to a few different places I stayed during my trip to Albania. I liked Rogner so much that I booked it again when I returned to Tirana from a different city. Friendly staff, fantastic location, clean and comfortable rooms, fast wifi everywhere. For someone who has to constantly work in front of a laptop while on the road, the hotel has many pleasant spots that I even skipped the many lovely coffee shops in the neighborhood. Many hotels I stayed in Albania seem to pursue a sense of luxury while failing to meet daily needs (i.e. non-barrier bathroom design so dysfunctional that it requires you to constantly direct the shower water into the drain while taking a shower!; fancy all marble bathroom without any place to hang towel etc.). Rogner is reliable and sensible. I will book it again.

Good location, next to all bus stops which are located on streets. The facilities were all functional. Decent breakfast. WIFI worked well. Found some good restaurants within 5 minute walk. Grocery store 5 minutes from hotel. Nice coffee shop . (No smoking inside). Staff were excellent, pleasant and helpful.

The hotel’s location is right in the center of the city. The pedestrian street and other landmarks are very close. Check in and check out was quick. Staff are very accommodating, friendly and nice during the whole process, including pre-travel requests and during the stay.

Great hotel, very large room and bathroom. Balcony also. Excellent location! Free parking. Great staff, friendly, helpful and welcoming (especially the lovely lady (so sorry I don’t remember her name) who cleaned our room and showed us how everything worked!) English speaking reception, also so helpful as I don’t speak local language well 😊 Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and a lovely waiter! all in all a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return!
