Like a shell, our homes are designed to give their visitors comfort and a warm stay. New furniture with a contemporary touch. Easy access to the city by walk or by vehicle. Located in City Center the property is 10 minutes from the beach. Public parking is possible near the property, as well as paid parking 20m away.
We want you to have the most amazing experience in our city, to feel the traditional hospitality of Albania. So feel free to ask about the attractions that our beautiful city offers. We have many passions for different activities, for example: free diving, cycling, running, art, archeology, and of course gastronomy. We will be happy to suggest you. Contact us.
Positioned 150m from the city center, make it possible for you to feel a 360-degree experience of the possibilities that our city offers. You can enjoy the amazing ARCHEOLOGY of Durres, the BOULEVARD which offers a multitude of shopping units, the CITY CENTER with all the ensemble of institutions that surround it, the characteristic coastal gastronomy as well as the amazing night life with bars and restaurants.
