If I will not be present, my family will be mostly available for any need you may have.
It is actually a quiet neighborhood inhabited mostly by locals, you will need to take a quick walk to get to the noisy cafes, shops etc. So consider it as a balance between peace and sea. Yes, there are public means of transport. You will need to walk only 3 minutes to take an intercity bus and only 5 minutes to take a bus to the city`s surroundings. You may easily find free street parking nearby. An open parking lot for as low as 5 Eur a day is also available nearby.
