This apartment is organised in 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which one is a half bathroom. What makes it unique is the space and the natural light. You will catch beautiful sunsets from the covered balcony and Tennis matches till late night. The living room and one of the bedrooms have access to the balcony. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and it is accessible with elevator. It has a minimalistic interior and it is quite comfortable for couples, friends, families or business travellers.

You will be located in the heart of Tirana, just in the middle of Blloku district and the city centre, but still in a peaceful position. Keep in mind that the area is very busy and public parking spots are not easy to find but there is always the option to park by payment. Everything near located. Supermarkets, shops, coffeshops, bars, pubs, atm, restaurants, etc.
