It is a private villa 30 m from the sea. The villa is designed for 2 families under the same roof but with separate entrances providing the maximum of intimacy needed. The host lives one of the houses and we rent the other. The rented part of the villa has 3 bedrooms in the upper floor, 2 balconies and the living combined with dining and kitchen area. The villa has a private veranda and a garden full of flowers and fruit trees, and provides an unique stay in the nature while being next to the sea.
A nice lady taking care of the house and the garden by herself. She is passionate about the garden and loves flowers.
