The apartment is located in the city center, withing walking distance to the Republic Square, Opera House, close to supermarkets and goods restaurants (e.g. Yerevan Tavern). Location is very important since Yerevan is a big city, so by choosing central location one can avoid troublesome commuting. Flat with enough space for 3 persons, TV, wifi and equipped kitchen. Nice view on Ararat mountain from the window.

Еще до прилета в Ереван мы почувствовали теплоту и внимание хозяина квартиры-Арама. Он несколько раз связывался по вотсапу, уточнял детали прилета, предложил услуги индивидуального трансфера, которые обошлись нам дешевле групповой поездки от известного в Ереване туроператора. Мы прибыли в Ереван в 23 часа, но Арам ждал нас, отвез в квартиру ,проводил до супермаркета, помог донести продукты, а в 10 утра назавтра нас ждал его соратник- Вазген, с которым мы исколесили почти всю Армению, от Дилижана до Татева. Мы жили по другому адресу, чем было указано на букинге, но в квартире было чисто, светло и уютно. Из-за жаркой погоды нам пришлось поменять планы и уехать из Еревана раньше, однако в день отьезда в точно назначенное время Арам ждал у подъезда, мы передали ключи и тепло попрощались.

일단 위치가 압권. 대형마트랑도 가깝고 공화국광장이랑도 가깝고 웬만한곳 다 걸어서 가기에 부담없음. 웬만한시설 다 구비되어있음 세탁기 빨래건조대(빨래잘마름) 요리도구 냉장고 그릇 식기 등등등 심지어 청소기까지 있던... 중심가임에도 불구하고 아파트단지 안쪽에 있어서 시끄럽지도않음. 건물외관이 좀 허름한데 들어가면 꽤 멀쩡하게 꾸며놨어여. 아저씨 친절. 메신저로 주인아저씨한테 뭐 물어보면 금방금방 답해주심.
