This property was newly decorated in December 2021. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. In case you need a safe parking place, there is one 400m from the accomodation with daily pay of 500 AMD. The hostess can speak English, Russian and Armenian languages. You need a rental car? We can provide you one. You need tours in Armenia? We will arrange it with or without a tour guide in English, Russian, Chinese, German, French and Spanish languages.
The hosts are traditional hospitable armenian couple with 2 sons. The elder son is working in China as an English teacher, while the younger son is a teenager. The hosts can speak English, Russian and Armenian languages.
