Arthur was very friendly. The room was very nice, above expectations The hallway is was what can be expected of a hallway of an appartment in Yerevan and was IMO not as bad as other reviews suggested.

His contact, Artur, who does the tour guiding is very kind and knowledgeable. He’s English is perfect and he genuinely cares for his guests. He also takes amazing photos, too. I highly recommend this property and Artur- The tour guide!

Communication was good with her and also with her son who's in the background but very fast and efficient to give you any kind of info you might need. Wi Fi coonection was perfect. Thank you guys, we loved your country and people, please do not change, we will be back!
