Our house has a ground floor with 7 single and double rooms for couples or friends (3 of the rooms have a private terrace / one with the kitchen and the private bathroom). , 3 full bathrooms with toilet paper, hand towels and liquid soap. Then, we have a 1st floor that has 14 rooms, 2 complete kitchens fully equipped with the necessary utensils, a daily dining room, a terrace with table and chairs, and 6 full bathrooms. All the rooms are delivered painted and equipped with the following staff: - CABLE TV 17 " - WIFI 50 MB - Single or double bed as appropriate. - White linen: Sheets and towels (1 hand and 1 body). - Blanket - Placard - Desk with chair - Fan or heating (depends on the weather) - Frigobar (small refrigerator)
We are a house for foreign students and professionals from 18 to 35 years old. In our house we are sociable, collaborators, kind, nice, respectful, clean and quiet. If you are looking for a place to stay where you can meet people from all over the world, come and meet us!
Our house is located in the neighborhood of Las Cañitas, it is a beautiful area very quiet and safe located between Palermo and Belgrano. It is full of ​​bars, restaurants, ice cream shops and craft breweries. In addition, it is very close to parks such as "El Rosedal de Palermo" (15 min walking) and "Los Lagos de Palermo" (25 min walking). In addition, nearby there are plenty of Shopping mall very closed such as, Solar de la Abadía (10 min walking) or Paseo Alcorta (30 min walking). It is located 5 min. walking from Av. Luis Maria Campos where you can find buses such as 47, 29, 15, 59, 47, 55, 60 and more. It is 8 minutes walking from Subway D - Ministro Carranza Station and the Mitre-Retiro train - Ministro Carranza Station.
