Walk and Fishing Area with Breakwaters. Two minutes by car from beautiful Playa Franca. Ten minutes from Santa Clara, Fifteen minutes from the center of Mar del Plata and the Constitución area. 25 minutes from the beaches of Mar de Cobo and Mar Chiquita. Without bed linen and towels.
