Complex "Los Aromos" is located in Medano de Oro, province of San Juan, Argentina, just 6.5 kms"by car from the main square of the Capital, it is a privileged area due to its climate, in a rural environment with a wonderful park with native flora Beautiful warm, comfortable house with 3 bedrooms; 2 1/2 bathrooms; dining kitchen fully equipped for 6/7 people with crockery, oven, microwave, refrigerator w / freezer, electric jug. A spacious living room with views of the park and pool; fireplace, double futon. HD TV and WIFI Large pool of 7 x 14 meters surrounded by green spaces with recreational games for children, garden games, external bathroom, barbecue. The property also has an amazing natural grass court. We have a cabin with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, equipped for 4/5 people The maintenance of gardens and swimming pool is from L to V and is included in the price. The property is for the exclusive use of guests. You can not hold meetings or parties. The barbecue can be used, with prior reservation and additional cost
We love to travel and we like to be well received. We put our best effort to make the guest feel comfortable and enjoy the stay. We are available for recommendations, suggestions or information on activities and tourist places in the area. The area is ideal for touring on a bike ride and there are also lots where horses are rented for horseback riding. San Juan is known for offering sports activities, especially adventure, for which we can also contact guests with trekking, kayak, kite surfers; also astronomical tourism and others.
Medano de Oro is a community within the Rawson department of the province of San Juan. Casaquinta Los Aromos is located on the border with the Capital District, 6.5 kms "by car, the access road is easy and fast. In the area there are houses and private neighborhoods preserving a careful aesthetics of the trees. There are dispensaries, stores and a wholesale supermarket near the house. It is adjacent to a private neighborhood so it is not allowed to carry out any type of events, or annoying noises that bother neighbors. It is also not allowed to carry out fires or activities that affect the environment.
