They serve breakfast but you can only choose one thing it's not a buffet. They have a pool which was closed when we were there. They have a nice dinner restaurant. The staff is friendly and welcoming. 20 min from the center of Bariloche which is OK.

BrazilAmazing hotel, rooms, facilites and cleanness. Service at the restaurant isn’t up to the hotel level. You need to shout to the waitress in order to catch their attention. Many times we had to stand up and go straight to the counter to order. Also, their never with a smile or answering in good terms. Never a how are you? Or was everything ok with your order? Which is weird considering it’s supposed to be 5stars. At the spa there’s not a hostess all the time even though the hotel is at full capacity. Still, I loved the hotel and will come back. But service should be improved.
