The staff is very nice and helpful, when it looked like my booked tour was about to be canceled, and I was about to be without a place to stay they promised, they would work something out an get me a bed in the hostel even though it was fully booked. (I didn't need it in the end as everything sorted itself out. But it was very helpful and took a load of stress off) The internet was great.

Marcus and Pablo are incredibly helpful and friendly, the kitchen is very well equipped, the location is great, just a 2 minute walk from the main street and the place feels like a home.
