great service (including recreation for kids), amazing location (private lake beach, small trekking to the cascade)
BrazilWe booked this last minute because we were very unhappy with our other accommodation in Bariloche. The guys at the reception were super welcoming and friendly as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious, had a view of the lake and an incredibly comfortable bed. The booking included a welcome drink, and we were able to enjoy the amazing views from the hotel terrace, but could also go down to the private beach that is part of the facilities. This was easily one of the best places we stayed in Argentina. The breakfast was plentiful. The facilities clean and modern. Would stay again!

The staff is the best I have met in a long time, super helpful and nice. You can tell that they make a great team and get along themselves. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the views are too good to be true. Thanks so much!
