El ambiente es muy lindo, amplio y confortable. Pero sobre todo la ubicación que posee. Fue hermoso pasar la cena de fin de año en ese balcón con vista a la playa y el centro de Mar del Plata; y recibir el 2024 con mi mujer embarazada. Ella también quedó encantada. Sin dudas que lo volvería a elegir.
