The staff were very friendly, they helped me with everything I needed (including booking a taxi to the airport very early in the morning). I was concerned by all the reviews about noise, but I really had no problem with noise and honestly it was really nice to be in an active neighborhood where I didn't feel at all insecure exploring after dark. There are lots of shops, restaurants, etc around the hotel.
