Fully equiped studios with lake view, located on Moreno street, one block away from Mitre the mail, 7 blocks from civic center, there is a carreforu 100mts away, area full of shops, public transportation just meters from the building The apartaments has 30m2, lake view, full gas kitchen, microvawe, kettler, coffe maker, etc, full dishware and cookware Sheets ans towel included, full bathroom with bathtube Tourist information LCD, Direct TV, WI FI Optional parking, with charge Optional maid service hotel style, with cahrge
VERY IMPORTANT INFO Once the reservation is made, we will contact you to request 30 % of deposit in advance wich will confirm the reservation, this can be done via credit card trought an external plattform, PayPal or Payonner ( no need to have and account at all ) The credit card you introduced in Booking is never used at all, since we process payments for those plattforms only, is only a standart requisition of Booking for making the reservation only The balance of 70 % of the stay is paid during the stay, either cash or by credit card trough the same plattforms
