Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly workers, the hotel is located near to the public transport. There’s a bus stop to the airport and a subway station. Breakfast is fine and good quality, it includes cold and hot drinks, bread, muesli and milk, different spreads, cheese, vegetables and fruits , pastries. Enough for this price. Room service was very good. Highly recommend!

I brought my own food back to the hotel and the staff let me help myself to their plates and cutlery. I asked for advice on travel and was given help straight away. I also had to check out at a ridiculous time and they were fine about it.

“Disappointment /terrrible breakfast/ not corresponding with price”

We were disappointed because such a breakfast we have never got in hotel. It was very, very basic one, staff was working in rubber gloves which was very strange, coffee was terrible - better to use "all in one" coffee in the room. We had the room in the 4th floor situated into the street and it was very noisy since very early morning till late evening due to a tram noice, window was covered by picture curtain, it was very hot in the room and due to a broken regulation we had to use an air-conditioning in December . Rgrd location of the hotel - it is not very good regards the connectivity to the city centre. You have to change at least one by metro or tram to get there, approx 20 min.
Only cleanness , staff was co-operative.

There was no door for the shower which is directly opposite the bed.
Location is close to a metro station but not really walking distance to main attractions so public transport is your best option if staying here. Kettle, tea and coffee, and great range of toiletries were provided. Staff were friendly and luggage storage after check out was easy to organise.

The room temperature in room 405 could not be adjusted by me, despite existing air conditioning and underfloor heating dials. As a result the room was so incredibly overheated all day and night (to 27 to 28 degrees!) that we could hardly stay in there during the day and had to sleep at night with a wide open window. Given the central location of the hotel, this meant on top city noise non-stop and overall a poor sleep. I complained to this effect to the daily changing front-staff all three days, evening and morning, as it was literally unbearable. These complaints were immediately addressed in a really friendly and willing but unfortunately incompetent way and therefore to no resolve (the last night It was finally tackled but at 10pm so the cooling down happened only in the morning hours). Room facilities were basic, almost stingy. Breakfast was a joyless affair, the buffet meagre and rather plundered after 8.30am. Overall the hotel owners invested in a nice setup but clearly not into making their hotel welcoming and convenient for guests to stay. I would like to ask for a partial refund given the almost uninhabitable room climate and three uncomfortable nights. Please advise.

Once in the middle of the night someone just entered our room without knocking and left without explaining or even apologizing. I went to the reception very scared and was told it was someone from the hotel, wich was even worst!! They apologized but only because I went to complain. Also on the last day the room wasn't cleaned.

Rooms are quite tiny. Room amenities could be improved (f.e. missing hangers in the bathroom or mini bar fridge which is very bright what can be annoying during night... ) Staff could offer more bespoke service.

The safe is just big enough for a phone or passport. You can't fit a laptop. There was a light rail a sidewalk's width away from the window of my room. I could hear and feel it every time it passed. It didn't stop me from sleeping though, so I'm not knocking this place as much as I thought I might when I first saw the room.
Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent part of town to stay in, with easy transport access and nearby shopping and non-tourist restaurants.
