The 7 chalets are based on the alpine architecture of the ancestors and are named after the dialect of the Walser for mountain pine Aadla. Each house has its own sauna and an outdoor bath in the open air. The interior decoration in the bright chalets radiates a stylish elegance. Especially worth mentioning is certainly the fantastic panoramic view and the ingenious location. Directly on the valley descent of the Arlberg ski area (Lech, Zürs, St. Anton), the ski and hiking bus stop and summer hiking trails located! Owner couple Michaela and Elmar and their team will be there to help with tips and information during their stay.
Hosting guests is what we love doing. For many years, we welcome tourists from all over the world in our "Schwarzmann's apartments". We, that's Michaela and Elmar Schwarzmann with our three children Katrin, Tobias and Annika. Experience authentic mountain enjoyment here in Schröcken at 1,500 meters above sea level. Up here in the mountains is our home, which we like to share with you. We are enthusiastic mountaineers ourselves. If time permits, we are happy to take you on a ski or mountain trip and give you the best tips to make your holiday unforgettable. Welcome to Aadla, Michaela and Elmar Schwarzmann
In summer: From 3 nights the Bregenzerwald Card is included in the price. You can use all cable cars, hiking buses and outdoor pools in the entire region free of charge. And as often as you want! The newly built chalets are located on a sunny hillside with a wonderful mountain view. In front of the house numerous hiking and mountain bike trails start. At the in-house adventure center the kids can let off steam to their heart's content. There is also a varied program for young and old in the village. A provider with canyoning and outdoor adventures is within walking distance. In the winter: Located directly on the valley descent of the Arlberg ski area - Austria's largest connected ski area. Lech and Zürs are classy, ​​luxurious and internationally known St. Anton is known for his Apres'Ski. Schröcken-Warth is sporty, relaxed, informal. Together we have one of the world's best ski resorts on our doorstep.
