The room was really good. Really confortable bed. The apart hotel has a lot of facilities (sauna, gym, laundry and more) The staff was really amiable. It's located around 25 minutes walking to the main attractions and is really near the metro station. We could leave our luggage in the hotel after the check out.

Our room was quite large, with lots of light and more than sufficient closet space for 2. The location, while not being exactly in the center of Vienna, was easily accessible by foot to most locations (we like to walk) and very close to all forms of public transportation. Because it was not in the exact center of things, though very close, it was in a quieter area which suited us well. The staff was lovely, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also quite good. We ate some breakfasts in our room which was easy with a full kitchen and grocery store nearby. I would stay at the Adagio again.

The only thing I didn't like is the bed. Very comfortable however a bit high, and if you are a bit short it may not be that easy to get out of bed.
Superb location, fantastic staff. Will definitely stay there if we visit Vienna again. Close to many main point of interest.

Nothing - everything was perfect.
Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast is plentiful with a good selection of food and beverages. The reception staff are friendly - allowed us to check in two hours early after a flight from Australia. Tram stop is a few meters away.

Location Location Location it's so important. A 10 minute walk took you into the heart of Vienna. The staff were brilliant, especially Ihsan. He had the time to explain how all the buildings in Vienna look so well and who pays for it all. An interesting concept... Rooms very comfortable, clean and modern.

The lights in room could have been brighter and very hard to find UK channel on TV.
We liked having a little kitchen to make breakfast and drinks in. The hotel is only a10 minute walk to train station and the CAT service from airport to city.

Our room was upgraded to an 'apartment style' room, however, we found the facilities to be cold and unwelcoming, with an odd layout (huge living space and only one tiny bedroom). The beds were two single beds and were not very comfortable (hence the comment that the hotel was not very 'romantic'!). We were very disappointed that towels were not changed daily and the tea/coffee facilities were not topped up daily either. Recognising that we could have stayed at the Hilton for a similar price (where towels are changed daily and refreshments are always replenished), in a more central location, we felt that the Adagio Vienna City was overpriced for the services provided. These feelings were unfortunately compounded when the guy on the second night refused to give us 2 x tea bags so that we could have a drink in our room, suggesting that we would need to pay EURO2.90 per bag for the privilege! This service was the polar opposite to our welcome at the hotel and was not what you would expect - disappointing.
Our arrival at the hotel was very good, with the guy on the front desk (unfortunately we didn't get his name) being extremely helpful, making the check-in process a seamless transaction. First impressions of the hotel were good, with a clean, modern and welcoming reception area and a number of useful leaflets and maps. Once again, our friend on the front desk was very good in pointing us in the right direction in terms of the nearest Christmas Market.

The tram was basically on the doorstep which gave us access to the whole city which was great. Only about 10 minutes walk from a shopping centre too. Rooms were convenient if you didn't want to spend much on food, you had the option to cook in the room
