This was the biggest, most pleasant surprise. Given the price, I wasn't expecting a lot. My expectations were exceeded. The place was in really nice shape, super clean (it was amazingly clean!), plus a great location. A really nice touch and evidence of their attention to detail, was the quirky details throughout, like the fact that everything in the bathroom was color-matched: the candles, the hand soap, the towels, the live orchid matching the orchid on the shower wall, even the toilet paper was a matching color! The hosts were really nice too, answering questions and attempting to help as much as possible. I would stay there again, but maybe in cooler months.

We were only visiting Vienna for one night to catch a concert, so our stay was very brief. The apartment was spacious, clean and more than what we bargained for. It was well located in a side street near a very popular shopping district. The road outside was quiet enough to sleep with the windows open. Paid parking was around the corner and we took the nearby U-Bahn directly into town. We will make this our go-to for the next concert.

Central location, bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the appliances worked well. The washer was nice, washroom excellent and the linen was great. Wifi was good and supermarkets and eating places were close by. The host provided very cheap and safe parking on site.

The location is great and the apartment is immaculately clean, quiet and cosy. Wolfgang kindly met us on arrival and also came to say goodbye to us when we checked out. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Vienna.

Very nice and comfortable aparment! It has everything you need to cook a meal, it is very clean and safe. The location next to the U-Bahn Neubaugasse is extremely convenient and the host is very friendly. She let us in earlier so we could leave the luggage. All in all a super pleasant stay and we will certainly be back!

Host met us on arrival to hand over keys and explained the apartment in detail with how everything functions. Apartment was a decent size allowing 2 of us to move around with no issues, including having our suitcases. Location is very quiet but easily accessible by walking or public transport. Our host waited with us at check out for our pre-booked transport - when that didn't arrive they rang & spoke to them, but it was cancelled by the driver due to heavy traffic & accidents. Our hosts husband drove us to the airport to ensure we got on our departing flight! They went over & above what we would expect & were lovely people

The apartment is located in I think the best part of Vienna, in Neaubau. There are heaps of bars, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants in that area alone. The rest of the city is easy to access via the very efficient subway. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy. The owner was very kind and helpful.
