Situated in the hip 8th district near city hall / in walking distance to the historic 1st district (city center) / 3 supermarkets and numerous excellent restaurants close-by / 3 mins walk to subway (Rathaus U2) and a perfect hub for your trip! The "Apartment with Terrace" was recently renovated in 2016, is sunny and on the first floor. It is spacious and has a lovely tiny terrace looking towards the gorgeous garden of a Viennese Palais. The second "Apartment" is perfectly located higher up in the building (and even sunnier). The "Deluxe Apartment" is our newest offer - renovated in 2018. We also have a Flatscreen-TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video for your convenience. It is great for couples, families (with children) and groups up to 6 persons. Direct connection to airport.

We'll be happy to welcome you in Vienna! If you have any questions or wishes, please let us know. We'll try to work things out so that you can enjoy a great time in Vienna.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street just behind Rathaus (City Hall) in the 8th district. The hip area offers plenty of small restaurants and little stores for you to explore (check out my travel guide). The closest supermarket is just a few houses down the street (Billa), two more are only 4 minutes away (Spar Gourmet, Denn's organic supermarket). It is the perfect hub to explore the buzzling city center in the 1st district of Vienna. Most sights are within walking distance. Starting from Rathaus (city hall), take a walk through the historic city center and get a glimpse at Burgtheater (5mins), Parliament (5mins), Stephansdom or Opera House (20mins), or check out the museums in the Museumsquartier (15 mins).
