Everything was very comfortable. Big room with a lounge area, big comfortable bed and bedding, very good isolation, thus when windows closed, it worked so well as noice cancellation. The same well isolation from the other rooms. Own coffee&tea maker, big bathroom with fantastic organic Austrian cosmetics - lime. The location is fantastic, as it’s literally across the Schonbrunn castle and it’s huge beautiful park. Easy to get to other attractions, by public transport or taxi or a rental bike etc. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Large, modern, comfortable and super clean rooms with all the amenities including a fridge and Nespresso coffee machine; makes waking up a joy. Courteous and responsive staff took care of all our needs. The hotel is co-located/extension of the well established Parkhotel we previously frequented. We prefer the upbeat, clean, modern furnishings of the Maximillian to the traditional decor of the venerable Parkhotel. A great base to discover the 13th “Habsburg” district of Vienna yet only a 10 minute metro ride to the city centre. Around the corner is the Cafe Dommayer, a great place to relax and enjoy a Melange & be seduced by one of the many traditional Vienna sweets. Try a “Tafelspitz” a lesser known Vienna specialty at the Plachutta restaurant next door.
