From my point of view typical spa town, clean and quiet.
From my point of view typical spa town, clean and quiet. Nice park for a walk. Limited choice of restaurants except in hotels. I recommend visit Mostheuriger Am Hochfeld. There is possible to taste same regional food and drinks. There is nice view towards Salzkammergut. Close to other interesting places, e.g. Schlogenerblick, Gmunden, atc.

My girlfriend and I visited the thermal center in Bad Schallerbach. The place is amazing! many saunas and swimming pools. You have one area for children - the water park, that is designed with "Pirates" theme with many types of slides. The other part is "Tropicana"which is huje inside and out side swimming pool and in addition you have the saunas area and the massage areas for adults only because as it is in most saunas in this area the people in saunas are completely naked in shared saunas for men and women. The place is huge and you can have many cosy cool places to sit in quiet and relax (in the saunas area). The Tropicana is just beautiful with bars serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails in side the water and at night all this magnificent sights is now full or blue green lights. The only thing that we really really didn't like is that in the whole thermal center, including the price lists and the descriptions as well as the dinning area - there was not even ONE WORD in English. We couldn't understand how people in 2019 in one of the most beautiful thermal centers don't know about international language called English. We just couldn't believe how these guys think that they work in tourism in 2019 without a single word in English not only in the thermal center but also in all Bad Schallerbach.Chen LeCzech Republic

Hotel has spacious family rooms, great food, wellness, indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Suitable for all ages, accommodates greatly for kids. Only short walking distance to Aquapulco with a possibility to buy VIP tickets directly at the hotel. Special touch this stay was Easter bowls with sweets for each kid staying at the hotel during Easter hidden in the lobby with kids names on them.LucieCzech Republic

The staff, the food, location , room, spa, etc. everything was just perfect. We enjoed it so much so we chose to come back and stay the last day of the tour in the hotel again.
